There is ample scope of research for the Pharmacy Professional in India and abroad. Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine that can be traced back to Vedic times. It is often recognized as a viable alternative to conventional medical treatment. People all across the world are now accepting this alternative approach of treatment, and the World Health Organization has established an international forum for traditional medical systems like Ayurveda to be endorsed. As a result, the D.Pharmacy Upvaid programme has opened several doors for students interested in this discipline.

Year 2: Clinical & Pharmacy Skills
• Bhaishajya Kalpana: The art of preparing Ayurvedic medicines (Vati, Asava, Arishta, etc.).

• Hospital Management: Basic nursing care, patient handling, and dispensary management.
• Practical Training: Hands-on internship in an Ayurvedic hospital or pharmacy manufacturing unit.
