21st Century is known as the ‘Century of Quality’. In modernization powerful ideas, information technology and breathtaking communications certainly make the present age a very exciting one. The ICT revolutions in industry have changed the way of work, Communication, organization, gather and process information. Effective utilization of knowledge definitely enhances nation’s competence. Hence there is a need for genuine knowledge generating teaching training institutions for the welfare of the society. In Globalization, E-literacy is the main factor leading to digital divide in digital era.
It is rightly said that good teachers are those who can meet the needs of all the students regardless of what those needs may be. Today there is a Paradigm shift in learning towards “Just in Time” “Life Long” and “Learning by doing”. Only guru can shape the youngsters to let them out into the world as knowledge soldiers on whose shoulders the future of the world could comfortably and safely rest. Technology advances have truly contributed to make the “World Flat”.
Best teachers always made a selfless sacrifice and spent their today so that students can have a better tomorrow. Educational blogging by teachers, students, administrators, industry experts focus primarily on the educational process. Blogs are useful in teaching and learning too which promotes more interaction between a student and a teacher.
It is clear that the standard or the quality of future education is certainly in the hands of the e-concept. Even though e-learning involves certain practical constraints, it is certain that it will provide and promote quality education with international standard in future.
In the end, being a principal I wish for all the students and teachers to excel in their fields and contribute in the world of globalization.
