Curriculum Transaction
During the teaching days there are 6 to 7 hours instructions per day, of
which 3 to 4 hours per day may be devoted to theoretical instructions and the
rest to practical work. Students may do practical work in groups. While one
group does science practical, another does psychology practical and a third
group works in workshop or educational technology lab and fourth one works in
methodology groups. Proper record of curriculum transaction is kept in the
college and shown to the inspection team as and when demanded.

Medium of Examination:
Candidates shall write their answers in:
• English in the subject of English
• Punjabi in the subject of Punjabi
• Hindi in the subject of Hindi
• English or Hindi or Punjabi or Urdu in the case of other subjects.
House Examinations:
• Two regular and compulsory house examinations are held during the session in order to assess the progress of
the students and to fulfill the conditions laid down in the university
calender. A student is required to appear in both the house exams. First house test are conducted in the month of December and are of three hours duration. Second house test are held during the last week of February. It is of three hours duration as on University exam pattern. Third house test (conditional) are conducted in the last week of March.
• If a candidate absents himself/ herself from any of the house tests held by the College or fails in any house test, the principal have the authority to withdraw or withhold his/her name from the University Examination.
