1.8 lac Per annum

Languages:

Hindi / English ( regional language may be advantage)

Position Purpose

To manage and grow Sales business in value and volume terms

Key Responsibilities:

Key results areas are as follows

i. Achieve Ad Sales Targets.

ii. Achieve revenue target for unit

iii. Key Clients Management to ensure retention and growth of revenue also attach new clients.

iv. Internal coordination with stakeholders like scheduling, editorial , finance & other teams

v. Innovative supplements & features on special occasions

vi. Shall be handling different beats like medical, educational etc.

Key Requirements:

a. Proven Track record in Sales

b. Should have shown stability in previous organizations

c. Able to demonstrate high Service Attitude

d. Should have Achiever's background

e. Able to Handle Govt clients/ Corp Clients

f. Good Presentation Skills

g. Good influencing skills & coordination skills

Should attend interview only after HW

a. Must come after taking knowledge of media Industry & place of Bhaskar in Media & Bhaskar as an organization ( Print division )

b. Must have fair understanding of Ad Sale functioning in Media specially in Punjab
