Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA):
This course is of three years duration and is affiliated to Punjab Technical University. This is the first level course in Business Administration. The scope of the course covers Business Administration, Business Accounting, Business Correspondence and Information Technology. The program has high employability rate. Students are groomed to become future managers in various areas like Marketing, HR, Finance etc. It is also a stepping stone to MBA.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA):
This is an undergraduate degree course where students are exposed to the entire gamut of computer application. The scope includes familiarization with the latest developments in field of IT industry. The students develop sound practical skills that enable them to successfully handle all the problems which may arise in the field of computer systems and applications. These graduates can start their career as Junior Programmer and get promoted to the post of Senior Programmers & Project Managers in the IT sector. Those who wish to further his/her studies can opt for MCA, M.Sc.IT, MBA etc.

B.Sc.Multimedia Entertainment & Film Technology: With effect from academic session 2010-2011.
The entertainment industry is vast and ever expanding with unlimited ability to absorb talented man power. The course centers on digital video production and the creative applications that relate to the production of film and television programs. It examines the use of current technology for video production in general and digital filming in particular. The uses of computers for editing, mastering special effects and post-production are important elements of the course. On successful completion of this program, students would be able to: produce and manage assets in a variety of media (text, image, animation, sound, and video); use a variety of technologies employed in the entertainment industry and work effectively in sound and video studios. B.Sc. MEFT is an ideal career option for young boys and girls who are creative, imaginative and innovative.

B.Sc. Animation & Multimedia Technology: With effect from academic session 2010-2011
A degree in Animation and Multimedia Technology will prepare student to become a successful animation & graphic designer. Students would be trained on the professional quality equipments used by major animation companies. A Bachelors degree in Multimedia would open career option in television, video game design, motion picture industry and the software industry. Students learn how to: create and handle images (drawing and photographic); produce computer animation (2D and 3D); create websites; design and produce commercial software widely used in the environment. An ideal option for the brilliant and bright who are aesthetic and creative.

Post-Graduate Level Programs
Masters in Business Management - (MBA):
The program is of two-year duration, with an intake capacity of 60 students. The program is AICTE approved. An MBA is one of the sought after degrees today because of its value to people in business and administration. The core courses in the MBA program are designed to introduce students to different areas of business such as planning, organizing, sales, marketing, human resources development, operations management, accounting etc. Students are put through a rigorous learning program that is application oriented. Guest lectures, seminars, workshops and presentations supplement class rooms teaching. Industrial visits and industrial training ensures that students regularly relate theory with practice.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

This course is of three years duration with the intake capacity of 80 students. This course is intended to impart the basic knowledge and skills of computer application.

Bachelor of Media Entertainment & Film Technology (B.Sc MEFT)
This course is of three years duration with the intake capacity of 60 students. This course is intended to impart the basics of media entertainment and film technology.

Bachelor of Animation & Multimedia Technology (B.Sc AMT)
This course is of three years duration with the intake capacity of 60 students. This course is intended to impart the basics of animation & multimedia technology.

Post-Graduate Level Courses

Masters of Business Administration - (MBA) (KCCEIT)
The programme is of two-year duration, with an intake capacity of 60 candidates. This course is intended to produce outstanding professionals in the field of business administration.

Masters in Science Information Technology (M.Sc.IT)
The program is of two year duration, with an intake capacity of 60 students. This course is intended to produce outstanding professionals in field of information technology.

Eligibility Criteria

For BBA/BCA/B.Sc MEFT/B.Sc AMT Programs
a) 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board/University/Council.
b) He/ She should bear a good moral character.

(MBA) For Post-Graduate Level Programs
a) Bachelor’s degree any stream from any institute/institute recognized by Association of Indian Universities/University Grants Commission (UGC)/Government of India with 50% Marks.
b) He/ She should bear good moral character.

M.Sc.IT

ELIGIBILITY: Minimum graduation in any stream but preference will be given to those who have studied computer as a subject in graduation or have a related degree like B.Sc.IT or BCA.
LATERAL ENTRY: As per PTU norms, a student can seek direct admission in M.Sc.IT III semester on the basis of PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application) from a recognized university.
