Library
As Library plays a very important role for the overall academic development of student
and it is the backbone of any academic institution. Therefore, to provide the bestFacility
to our students the college has got a big and spacious library equipped with best
books, journals, and periodicals. It has got more than 1000 textbooks related to
various subjects of hospitality industry. The library subscribes to many journals
national as well as international. It also subscribes to many newspapers, CD’s and
magazines for the general knowledge of students.
It has also got a broadband Internet connection and Multimedia facility for the
benefit of our student community. To provide the readymade notes to students a Xerox
machine is also installed. The library has staffed competent and professionally
qualified persons to give the best to its students. The library functions with an
open access system and it shall be fully computerized soon.
Computer Centre
The role of Information Technology in a professional course cannot be underestimated.
So keeping this in view college has got a computer centre with more than 100 latest
computers installed for the exclusive use of its students. Computer centre has also
got the Internet facility for sharing knowledge with others and accessing various
websites for updating their skills.
Classroom
The college has got well designed classrooms developed as learning halls to create
an atmosphere of professional management training equipped with audio visual aids
such as VCR, TV, OHP, Slide projector and LCD projector etc. They help in effective
presentation of lectures and thus help for better conceptual growth of students.
Transportation
The College has a fleet of buses to provide safe and comfortable conveyance to its
students coming from towns and villages within the radius of about 30 km from Nawanshahar.
It is also proposed to start daily bus service from students commuting from Chandigarh,
S.A.S Nagar and Panchkula.
Hostel
The college has a very good hostel facility for outstation students for both boys
and girls.
The hostel is equipped with all the basic facilities for safe and comfortable stay
of its students. The hostel has also got a very good mess facility with hygienic
and balanced food provided to its students under the supervision of trained professionals.
